JBRSOFT is a leading technology solutions provider, specializing in innovative software products like ISPERP and Dispensary. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to boost our sales process, generate leads, close deals, and help us stay ahead in a competitive market. If you’re passionate about technology and ready to drive business growth, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to potential clients.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for potential and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and provide feedback on market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent JBRSOFT.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a quick learner.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Education
  • BBA or MBA in Marketing preferred (Passion and skills are valued more than academic records).
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have (Optional Skills)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, content creation).
  • Experience with website management and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and collaboration platforms.
