Nine years ago, JBRSOFT Limited embarked on a transformative journey with Mazeda Networks Limited, a burgeoning ISPERP dedicated to providing high-quality internet services. Our objective was to fully automate the operations for the ISP company, featuring a comprehensive suite of modules. Key components include Human Resource Management (HRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Billing, Inventory and Sales management, Accounting, and a Customer Record Management Portal. The software also integrates multiple Payment Gateways such as Bkash, Rocket, iPay, SSL Commerz, and Foster, along with SMS Services and a Web Portal, all aimed at enhancing efficiency and improving customer service.
Mazeda Network faced a series of significant challenges that hindered its growth and service delivery. Outdated systems made it difficult to efficiently manage operations, resulting in frequent downtime and customer dissatisfaction. Furthermore, limited customer engagement meant that users had difficulty accessing support and managing their accounts, which similarly impacted retention rates. As demand for reliable internet services continued to grow, Mazeda recognized the urgent need for scalable solutions that could adapt to the evolving market landscape.
