Our objective was to fully automate the operations for the ISP company, featuring a comprehensive suite of modules. Key components include Human Resource Management (HRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Billing, Inventory and Sales management, Accounting, and a Customer Record Management Portal. The software also integrates multiple Payment Gateways such as Bkash, Rocket, iPay, SSL Commerz, and Foster, along with SMS Services and a Web Portal, all aimed at enhancing efficiency and improving customer service.
